   柳忠全,教授,博士生导师。于兰州大学获得学士、硕士、博士学位,随后在牛津大学、南洋理工大学访学,2009年任职于兰州大学,2014年受聘为教授,博士生导师,2017年全职到南京中医药大学工作。长期从事有机化学、药物合成化学以及绿色化学研究,迄今已在国际顶尖化学期刊Chem.Soc.Rev.; Angew.Chem.Int.Ed.上发表SCI论文60余篇,影响因子大于6.4的论文24篇; H因子22;累计影响因子>240,单篇最高影响因子34,引用次数>1400次,5篇论文引用过百,其中一文(Org. Lett. 2014, 16, 382)入选2014年中国百篇最具影响国际学术论文。
