主要研究方向:
1.含氟药物合成:以氟代烷基化合物的高效构筑为导向,发展基于过渡金属催化的合成方法学,实现天然产物及药物分子的后期氟烷基化修饰。
2.类酶DNA催化: 以DNA为可编程骨架,通过生物正交连接将小分子催化剂精准锚定于DNA手性空腔,构建模块化人工类酶平台,实现自然界酶系统难以催化的非天然反应的高效、高选择性转化。
个人简介
盛捷,南京中医药大学药学院教授、硕士生导师、江苏特聘教授。2012年本科毕业于山东大学,2018年博士毕业于中国科学技术大学(导师:王细胜教授)。先后在西安交通大学、新加坡国立大学从事博士后研究(合作导师:朱如意教授),2025年全职回国加入南京中医药大学。
长期致力于DNA类酶催化体系构建及过渡金属催化的不对称合成研究,在催化剂模块化设计、非天然反应开发及手性调控机制方面取得系统性创新成果。以第一/共同第一作者在J. Am. Chem. Soc.(2篇)、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.(3篇)等国际权威期刊发表论文10余篇。代表性成果包括:发展基于DNA碱基切除修复的模块化催化剂精准锚定策略,首次实现DNA催化的阻转选择性反应;开创以“反应距离调控”为核心的双金属DNA催化新模式,实现对映选择性的完全反转;建立镍催化还原偶联氟烷基化反应体系,实现含氟药物分子的高效后期修饰等。
